Chest
The chest measurement is taken 2-3cm below your armpits. Measure around the chest at the fullest part with your arms down.Keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist keeping one finger between the tape and your body to allow for comfort. Approximately 5-6cm below the naval.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Inner leg
Measure from top of inside leg at the crotch to where your trousers are worn on the shoe.
